Guy R. Giraudo, Registered Civil Engineer #56569 and Licensed Land Surveyor #8703; is vice president, principal engineer and land surveyor of Landset Engineers, Inc., and has been a State of California Registered Civil Engineer since 1997. Mr. Giraudo has over 22 years of experience in the fields of land surveying and civil design. His expertise includes subdivision layout and planning, street improvement design, underground utility improvement design, property boundaries and lot surveys, topographic mapping, grading plans, and public works inspection. Mr. Giraudo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1990. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the California Land Surveyors Association.
Brian E. Papurello, C.E.G.
Brian Papurello, Certified Engineering Geologist #2226 is a project geologist with Landset Engineers, Inc. and has been a State of California Registered Geologist since 1998. Mr. Papurello has over 20 years of geologic and geotechnical experience. His expertise includes geologic mapping, geologic hazards studies, third party review of engineering geologic reports, inspection of drilled foundations, fault and landslide studies, supervision during the installation of groundwater monitoring wells, environmental sampling, assisting in the preparation of soil engineering studies, field supervision during mass grading operations, and field & laboratory soil/aggregate testing. Mr. Papurello earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from San Diego State University in 1986. He is a member of the Association of Engineering Geologists and American Institute of Professional Geologists. He has completed the 40-hour training required by OSHA for hazardous materials operations, and is an OSHA certified hazardous materials site manager.
Caroline D. Hodges, P.E., Q.S.D.
Caroline D. Hodges, Registered Civil Engineer #68084 is a project engineer with Landset Engineers, Inc. and has been a State of California Registered Civil Engineer since 2005. Ms. Hodges’ areas of expertise include grading and drainage design, topographic mapping, base map preparation, underground utility improvement design, traffic control planning, Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan design, preparation, and implementation. Ms. Hodges is certified as a QSD/QSP by the State Water Resources Control Board, and oversees Landset's SWPPP department. Ms. Hodges obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2001. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
