Caroline D. Chapin, P.E., Q.S.D.

Caroline D. Chapin, Registered Civil Engineer #68084 is a project engineer with Landset Engineers, Inc. and has been a state of California Registered Civil Engineer since 2005. Ms. Chapin’s areas of expertise include grading and drainage design, topographic mapping, base map preparation, underground utility improvement design, traffic control planning, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan design, preparation, and implementation. Ms. Chapin’s is certified as a QSD/QSP by the State Water Resources Control Board, and oversees Landset’s SWPPP department. Ms. Chapin’s obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2001. She is a member of the American society of Civil Engineers.

Guy R. Giraudo, P.E., L.S.

Guy R. Giraudo, Registered Civil Engineer #56569 and Licensed Land Surveyor #8703; is vice president, principal engineer and land surveyor of Landset Engineers, Inc., and has been a State of California Registered Civil Engineer since 1997. Mr. Giraudo has over 22 years of experience in the fields of land surveying and civil design. His expertise includes subdivision layout and planning, street improvement design, underground utility improvement design, property boundaries and lot surveys, topographic mapping, grading plans, and public works inspection. Mr. Giraudo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 1990. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the California Land Surveyors Association.
